Refund policy
No returns or exchanges unless we are at fault such as wrong color, item, or size is made. It is your responsibility to double check the invoice and make sure it is the correct descriptions and reach out to us with any questions or concerns before making payment.
Color variations due to monitors, lighting, etc are not eligible for refunds. If you have color questions, please reach out to us.
Color and size charts are available on the page and it is your responsibility to verify fit. No returns or exchanges for sizing errors on the part of the buyer.
No refunds will be issued for any packages lost in the mail. I offer Route insurance and it is your responsibility to purchase. If not purchased, you are assuming the risk.
If your returning due to a mistake on our part, you may only return your new, unworn, and unwashed items within 7 days from the day you received your package. Your 7 day return period begins on the initial delivery attempt.
Customer must pay for return shipping. OKIESUBLIMATION LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions. Refunds will be issued after product is received and inspected. Due to their nature, all sales are final on custom orders.
All orders are final, when you pay you are agreeing to ALL of our terms, conditions, and policies. We will not give refunds nor accept returns due to your negligence when placing an order.
